Hello … it’s been a long while since the last blog – mainly because we have been moving with the times and busy making positive changes to our high Street Florist Shops.
So after a fabulous Christmas and just in time for Valentine’s and Mothers Day we have received the exciting news that we have been awarded The Good Florist Guide accreditation for 2024.
We are passionate about having high street florist shops across the north east of England and keeping our trade alive for the general public to enjoy.
Our fabulous team at Diana Kaye is the reason for our success and we are all focused on offering the best customer service experience along with the creative flair for all your floral events.
Times have changed and we are challenged daily by faceless webshop pages pretending to be florists with locations that are not factual and company’s harvesting orders that are centrally fulfilled by none professional florists.
We appreciate every customer and will jump through hoops to offer a service second to none – our shops are open 7 days a week for collections and deliveries.
